Licensing and Location

I am Jade Halfacre, MSW, Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern, ISW 20345, permitted to practice therapy under the supervision of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida. My practice is based in Pensacola, Florida, and I offer in-person and/or tele-health services only to clients residing in Florida.
