About Me

Hi! I’m Jade, MSW, Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern.

I am a therapist who believes in the power of authenticity and presence. I show up as a real person in the room— someone who listens, holds space without judgment, and honors the full depth of what it means to be human. I work from the belief that healing happens when we feel truly seen and heard in all our complexity.

Having been through my own difficult seasons, I understand what it’s like to feel lost in pain and uncertainty, unsure of when, or if, relief will come. My personal experiences shape the way I show up in the therapy room— not as someone with all of the answers, but as a fellow traveler who trusts in your inner strength, even when it feels impossible to access.

In our work together, we’ll explore your story and hardships while creating space for new insights rooted in self-awareness, compassion, and acceptance. From there, you can begin to align your life more closely with your values and truth.

We’re often taught that asking for help is a sign of weakness. It’s not. Being vulnerable is one of the bravest things we can do— for ourselves, our relationships, and the world surrounding us.

Whatever your struggles, I invite you to come as you are. It would be an honor to be a part of your journey.

More About Me

  • I earned both my Master of Social Work (MSW) and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (BA) from the University of West Florida.

I am a lifelong learner, always seeking guidance from those with greater wisdom than I. In my practice, I frequently call on the insights and learnings I’ve obtained through literature, podcasts, supervision, and on the couch in my own personal therapy.

  • I have training in various trauma focused, evidence-based approaches including:

    • Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)

    • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

    • Somatic Integration and Processing (SIP)

    • Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI)

  • I am a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern in the state of Florida. I currently practice under a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) as I continue to gain the required number of client contact and supervision hours to obtain licensure.

  • My clinical work began at a nonprofit organization serving adult and child victims of abuse, where I spent my field practicum placement and six months post-graduation.

Since venturing into private practice, my work continues to be with survivors of abuse, but it has also expanded to individuals across the lifespan navigating a wider range of difficulties. These include anxiety, depression, stress, loneliness, self-esteem/self-worth, grief, family conflict and relationship issues. My current populations of focus include teens, college students, adults, and abuse survivors.

“Every life is an unprecedented experiment. This life is mine alone. So I have stopped asking people for directions to places they’ve never been. There is no map. We are all pioneers.”
