Soulful Shore Therapy
A calm, connected space for navigating life’s difficult seasons.
In a world where disconnection has become the norm, we humans are in need of spaces where we can simply be—with ourselves, with one another, and with the full range of our emotions and experiences.
Life is hard, but you don’t have to face it alone.
Soulful Shore Therapy exists to be that space for those who feel they cannot escape their suffering—whatever shape it takes. It is a place where you are invited to lay down the heavy burdens you carry and begin to explore, with compassion, guidance, and acceptance, the parts of your life that feel too difficult to face alone.

Adolescence is a time of big emotions, shifting identity, and pressure from school, peers, and parents.
I provide teens with a space to talk freely with an adult who isn’t part of their everyday world. Together, we work to make sense of their experiences, build emotional insight, and foster a sense of agency in a world that often feels like too much.

College is often portrayed as an exciting time— but for many, it also brings uncertainty and emotional overwhelm. Between academic demands, shifting relationships, and questions about identity and future directions, it’s easy to feel stuck or lost.
I offer college students a space to pause and reconnect with themselves and their aspirations. While exploring challenges with curiosity and compassion, we will work towards clarity, confidence, and a greater sense of self.

Adulthood has a quiet heaviness that often comes with complex questions about career, relationships, identity, aging, and purpose. The wrestle with these struggles can feel both depressing and isolating.
To those struggling with issues below the surface, I offer a space to explore the depths of meaning, direction, and self. Together, we make room for what’s real and human in your experience to move towards greater clarity and alignment.

Experiences of abuse can leave deep and lasting wounds—impacting one’s sense of safety, trust, and connection to self and the body. Survivors often carry shame, confusion, or isolation long after the abuse.
For survivors, I offer a steady space where healing doesn’t have to be rushed or forced. Together, we work at your pace to reclaim safety, rebuild self-trust, and reconnect with your inner strength and dignity. You deserve to be met with respect, care, and an unwavering belief in your right to heal.
